MESA (Multi-Ethnic Student Affairs), Location: William Monroe Trotter Multicultural Center (TMC)
Their mission “To promote student development and empower the campus community around issues of diversity and social justice through the lens of race and ethnicity” we provide support to all students through programming and strive to meet the facility/multicultural center needs of students.
EDUCATIONALRESOURCES
Math Lab, Located in B860 East Hall
The University of Michigan Mathematics Laboratory (Math Lab) is a walk-in tutoring service available free to all U-M students. The Math Lab provides free tutoring for mathematics courses numbered through 217. Though help is not regularly available for other courses, we will attempt to answer the questions of any U-M student who comes to us for mathematics help
LRC (Language Resource Center), Location: North Quad, 1st floor
The Language Resource Center (LRC) is a unit within LSA that supports faculty, staff, and students involved in the study of languages, literatures, and cultures at the University of Michigan. We maintain the Main Center with the media library and diverse resources for students, faculty, and staff, with spaces for group and independent study, computer workstations and computer classrooms
SLC (Science Learning Center), Location: Chemistry Building
The Science Learning Center (SLC) is an interdisciplinary resource center sponsored by the College of Literature, Science and the Arts to support teaching and learning in the natural sciences at the University of Michigan. The natural science disciplines at the U of M include astronomy, biology, chemistry, earth and environmental sciences and physics.
Online Library (Mlibrary)
Students may access some of their textbooks for free using this service and they also may chat with a librarian online if they have questions or concerns.
Sweetland Writing Center (SWC), Location: 1310 North Quad
SWC is a comprehensive writing center, that exists to support student writing at all levels and in all forms and modes. To accomplish this mission, Sweetland oversees the College of LSA’s First-Year and Upper-Level writing requirements, offers one-on-one tutoring for undergraduate and graduate students in our faculty-led Writing Workshop and undergraduate Peer Tutoring Centers, and teaches writing courses from the 100 to the graduate level.
School of Academic Advising, Angell Hall
They accept walk-ins and are willing to help anyone of any major with academic advising.
Ginsberg Center, Location: 1024 Hill Street
Through service, community partnerships and social justice education, the Ginsberg Center enriches student learning, advances community priorities and inspires a lifelong commitment to citizenship. The Ginsberg Center offers a range of programs and works with students and faculty to strengthen community service learning across the University of Michigan.

This center helps in advising students on career choices, improving their resumes and finding jobs on or outside of campus.
Alumni Center, Location: 200 Fletcher
Free bagels and coffee on Welcome Wednesdays in the morning they also offer free blue books if you show your M-Card and they provide free business cards to students...

The University’s Health Care Clinic located on central campus.
School of Dentistry, 1011 North University
Dental students can assist you with dental problems it will cost $60 before insurance.
PSYCHOLOGICAL AND COUNSELING SERVICES
SAPAC (Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center), Location: North Quad, 105 S State St
The Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center promotes healthy relationships, teaches non-violence and equality, supports survivor healing, and fosters a respectful and safe environment for all members of the University of Michigan community. SAPAC provides educational and supportive services for the University of Michigan community related to sexual assault, intimate partner violence, sexual harassment, and stalking
CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services) Location: Michigan Union, 3rd floor
Our work revolves around clinical service delivery, prevention and education, mental health wellness, research and data work, and training a new generation of professionals. And, our work involves information, services, and tools to help students, staff, faculty, and family members. Together, we can achieve a campus climate of mental ‘health’ where each student can engage thoughtfully as an active community member and to help their fellow students.
